Thank you for choosing Sonora Regenerative Naturals. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed the same business day if placed before 5:00 PM local time. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Please note that delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us to confirm availability.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping provider. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact your carrier. We do not have any control over USPS, UPS or Fedex. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If the carrier reports your package was successfully delivered, it is assumed to have been delivered.
