RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Sonora Regenerative Naturals, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of new and unopened items only.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused
• Be unopened
• Be in its original packaging
• Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date

We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Non Returnable Items

Opened or used products are not eligible for return. We do not offer refunds for items returned outside of the 7 day return window.
